When placing an order, include quantity, item number, and the options desired. No minimum quantity is required. Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, or email. We acknowledge receipt of orders by fax, email, or voicemail.
If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days, contact us immediately to ascertain if we have received your order.
All orders submitted are subject to acceptance by our credit department.
Items are shipped using UPS ground. When more than one forklift seat is ordered at a time, seats (with no hip restraints or armrests) are boxed two to a carton. Multiple cushions may also be boxed together in a large carton. Office chairs are boxed one per carton with some assembly required.
Net 30 Days (with a credit application and approval)
Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date by company check. Orders and shipments may be delayed until past due accounts are brought into current status.
Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted when the order is placed. The card will be charged when the order is placed.
Local walk-in customers may pay with cash or check.
Claims and Returns
Claims for shortage in shipment or damaged goods must be noted on the delivery ticket with the carrier driver at the time of delivery to avoid denial of any and all claims. Discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged items must be returned to us before credit will be issued. Returns must have an authorization approval number.
All dimensions, weights, and measurements are approximate.
Modifications and Variances
The right to make changes in prices, design, dimensions, construction, components, and/or available options is at the sole discretion of Superior Unlimited.
Superior Unlimited recommends the use of seatbelts whenever appropriate. The purchaser of a replacement forklift seat makes a choice about nature and environment in which the seat is used. Superior Unlimited recommends strict adherence to all safety procedures.
We recommend using 5/16"--18 locking nuts, or lock washers with nuts to secure seats to forklifts or industrial equipment.
Our seats fit most forklifts and can be adapted for use on other industrial equipment. Our seats are manufactured with slides and seat belt brackets included unless the customer specifically requests no slides and/or no seat belt brackets. All our forklift seats (except 8Q) are upholstered in automotive high-grade vinyl.

Our "cut-and-sewn" seats are proudly made in the USA, in our manufacturing facility in Bristol near the Tennessee/Virginia state line. Bristol is centrally located within one day's driving distance of 70% of the U.S. population.
Interstate 81 passes through Bristol, and the Tri-City metropolitan area of Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City is served by over 30 motor freight carriers whose terminals are based in the area. From Bristol, we ship our quality seats and cushions throughout the U.S. and Canada.
